Earl of Pembroke to lead 75-strong supercar convoy at Concours des Légendes

The inaugural three-day Concours des Légendes will reach its crescendo on Sunday June 21, 2026 when 75 supercars sweep into the grounds of Wilton House near Salisbury for the Castrol Supercar Drive-In. Headed by Wilton’s Earl of Pembroke, the convoy will set out from Winchester before making its ceremonial arrival on the showfield of the Wiltshire estate.

Ferrari leads the charge in sheer numbers, with nearly 30 examples of Maranello’s finest on the entry list. Among them are two F12tdfs, an 812 Competizione and a Scuderia Spider 16M – the sole right-hand-drive car finished in Nuovo Rosso F1, a £30,000 option matching the livery of Ferrari’s 2008 Constructors’ Championship-winning Formula 1 challengers. A trio of 296s, a Testarossa, a 512TR and a 355 Challenge campaigned from new in the European series complete the Prancing Horse contingent.

Porsche’s presence carries extra resonance in the marque’s 75th year on British soil, spearheaded by two Rennsport greats: a 993 RS in Racing Yellow and a 964 RS wearing period-perfect Amethyst. From Sant’Agata come a brace of Aventador SVJs and a Huracán Avio, one of just 250 created in tribute to the Italian Air Force.

McLaren is represented by a 765LT and a one-of-25-built 688 MSO HS, while Aston Martins form the largest British showing, spanning more than half a century from a 1971 DBS V8 to a DBS Superleggera OHMSS edition, one of 50 marking the golden anniversary of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

There’s an esoteric flavour to the entry list, too. A 1967 Bizzarrini 5300 Strada – delivered new to a Sicilian count who reputedly never drove it for fear of attracting the local Mafia – appears fresh from outings at Pebble Beach and Amelia Island. It is joined by a Carrozzeria Embo-bodied DeTomaso Pantera GTS, one of the rare Venturi 400GTs built for the French marque’s one-make Le Mans series, and a right-hand-drive Maserati Merak.

The Castrol Supercar Drive-In brings down the curtain on the Concours des Légendes weekend running from June 19 to 21, with a guest roster includes Land Speed Record holder Andy Green and Formula 1 engineering legend Ross Brawn. A special screening of the critically acclaimed documentary Luca: Seeing Red will also take place on the evening of June 19, 2026.
