Sloane Street Concours, the latest new venture from the Salon Privé team on Saturday, April 11, 2026, acted as a great curtain-raiser for this week’s main London event, held at Royal Hospital Chelsea on April 16-18.
Sloane Street came alive with 25 hypercars, classic cars and restomods. Set against stores such as Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Berluti, Dior, Bottega Veneta and more, the event attracted crowds eager to see cars such as the new Aston Martin Valhalla and Ferrari SF90 XX alongside classics including a McLaren F1 GTR and a Ferrari 250 California.
There was also a chance to see boutique manufacturers’ wares, such as the Encor S1 (you can read our deep dive on this car here) and the Automotive Artisans R33. A young panel of Royal College of Art automotive design students picked the winners – the results are below.
Joe Macari brought along a Maserati MC12 GT1 racing car, an ex-Soper McLaren F1 GTR and a Ferrari 250 duo – SWB and California – while DD Classics’ 1961 Jaguar E-type flat-floor Roadster took prime spot in the nearby Jumeirah Carlton Tower. SuperVettura showed off a Koenigsegg CCR and a Jesko, while Nichols Cars, the company formed by ex-McLaren Formula 1 designer Steve Nichols, displayed the N1A road-legal track car inspired by the 1960s McLaren M1A. Gordan Murray Automotive also exhibited its latest wares. Elsewhere, Halcyon displayed its electrified Rolls-Royce Corniche, and Maserati brought the latest MCPura.
With live talks, gourmet food from the Jumeirah, La Maison Ani and Red Oyster, plus Pommery Champagne, it was an event full of promise.
