Magneto magazine issue 30 cover story: Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic
Celebrating the 90th anniversary of one of the true greats of the car world, with stunning original photography of the first of the four Atlantics built, all written by Bugatti world authority Julius Kruta. We also look into the mysterious disappearance of the missing Atlantic.

    2024/25 Ferrari SC40
The story of Ferrari Special Projects car SC40. This stunning one-off supercar based on a current Ferrari 296 GTB  is the result of a Colorado-based collector who commissioned Ferrari’s One-Off division to build a unique homage to the F40. It took three years, and nine physical trips to Maranello to realise. It’s illustrated by an exclusive shoot at The Concours Club in Miami.

    100 years of Route 66
‘America’s Main Street’, and Steinbeck’s ‘Mother Road’, turns 100 in 2026. We celebrate this icon of popular culture with a feature that covers its earliest history and the evolution of what it has represented over time, with a focus on its heyday – the 1950s and early ’60s, its most evocative period.

1924 Bentley 3 Litre Le Mans winner
This very special Bentley, which won the 1924 24 Hours of Le Mans, is fresh out of a restoration that returns it to its correct race specification for the first time in over 100 years. We photographed just hours before it was shipped back to the Le Mans museum.

    Scalextric
This collection of historical products and artefacts from the Scalextric museum will evoke plenty of childhood memories – and get you searching for vintage slot cars…

    Scaglietti Italia Corvettes
The early Chevrolet Corvettes were powerful but heavy. What would one be like with a lighter and sleeker Italian body? Three wealthy Texans, Gary Laughlin, Jim Hall and Carroll Shelby, turned to Modena’s Carrozzeria Scaglietti to create the Corvette Italia. This is their story.

    Top 50 Rally Drivers
Richard Heseltine selects and ranks the fifty greatest rally drivers ever.
