The Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana 1705 has announced its dates for 2024, as well as its jury team. This year sees the second running of the event, after a successful debut last year – take a look at our review of the concours here. In 2023, it was won by Corrado Lopresto with his 1939 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 S Berlinetta Touring.

The event takes place at the luxury Palazzo di Varignana resort, in the picturesque hills above Bologna and Italy’s Motor Valley. While an overall theme for this year’s show has yet to be announced, the primary concours competition is open to 30 pre-1973 classic cars, divided into six classes. Endorsed by the Motor Valley Association and Automotoclub Storico Italiano, registration for the Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana 1705 is open until May 31. The event itself takes place on September 27-29.
